POSH NAILS POLICY
NAIL FIX:
We will re-do any service if you are unsatished with the quality provided, given that you tell us immediately after the services have been performed"The redo policy does not cover a change in service or celer
PERSONAL ITEMS:
"We are not responsible or liable for any last, dernaged, or stolen items at our salon. Please be extra careful when handling polishes.
LATE ARRIVALS & CANCELLATIONS:
"We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable, and you might need to change your appointment. We are committed to providing all our clients with exceptional cere. When a client cancels without providing enough notice, we are unable to schedule another client in their place. Therefore, we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours' natice if you cancel your appointment.
"If you are more than 15 minutes late, you might need to wait or reschedule your appointment, or your requested technicians might not be available
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
"All gift certificate sales are final. We are not responsible for last or stolen gift cards
ON SERVICES:
*For gel/tip powder/gel x service, we guarantee for 7 days. If it chips within 7 days, please let us know right away no that we can arrange a fox for you
Payment Methods:
"Cash Visa, MasterCard. Discover, PeshNails Gift Cards and Contactless Pay are acceptable tenders for services.
"Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or payments over the phone or American Express.
GRATUITIES:
Unfortunately, we are unable to add gratuities for technicians to credit, debit, or gift cords. We do, however, provide an on-site ATM machine from a third-party for your convenience.
REFUND:
Services are non-refundable. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, we will be more than happy to fix it for you. Please do not hesitate to let our front desk or an on-site manager know of any concerns. We are here to help!
Service Fee is $3 per customer as a visit.
